Galway, Ireland – Wednesday 11th February – Arrotek, in partnership with ATU iHubs Galway, hosted a highly engaging Lunch & Learn event focused on Top Tips for Medical Device Design: From Concept to Commercialisation, bringing together innovators, engineers, and entrepreneurs from across the medtech ecosystem.

The event took place at ATU iHubs Galway and provided attendees with practical insights into navigating the medical device development journey, from early-stage concept through to successful commercialisation. The session highlighted real-world challenges and best practices across design, engineering, regulatory considerations, and market readiness.

The Lunch & Learn featured expert speakers including Colin Forde, Founder of Mirai Medical, John Egan, Engineering Manager at Arrotek, and Colin Burke, Sales Manager at Arrotek. Drawing on their extensive industry experience, the speakers shared valuable lessons learned from developing and scaling innovative medical technologies.
