CroíValve is a clinical stage medical device company focused the development of a novel transcatheter device DUO for the treatment of tricuspid regurgitation, with R&D and Operations activities based in Ireland and Clinical based in the U.S.
CroíValve DUO Tricuspid Coaptation Valve system is a novel approach that combines repair and replacement to provide the right solution for the right heart. The DUO System is comprised of two integrated components:
- A Coaptation Valve to fill the regurgitant orifice and work in tandem with the native valve. It includes a coaptation body comprised of pericardium tissue and a prosthetic valve to support diastolic flow.
- An Anchor System that connects to the Coaptation Valve and includes a support catheter that adjusts and locks the position of the Coaptation Valve.
